The Steel wire reinforced thermoplastics(PE) composite pipe is a new type of double-sided anti-corrosion pressure pipe. It is composed of a tubular steel wire mesh wound welded as a reinforced skeleton, and embedded in the middle of the thermoplastic pipe wall. which is widely used in portable water, oil fields, power plants, chemicals, petrochemical enterprises, municipal gas, seawater pipelines and other fields.

Advantages of Steel Wire Reinforced HDPE Composite Pipe：

  • 1. It overcomes the shortcomings of metal pipe that is not resistant to corrosion and non-metallic pipe not resistant to high pressure.
  • 2. It has higher compressive strength and creep resistance.
  • 3. It has more rigidity and impact resistance than ordinary pure plastic pipes, and is similar to the low linear expansion coefficient of steel pipes.
  • 4. The inner wall is smooth, without scaling, the frictional resistance of water flow is small, the water conveying capacity is large, and the energy consumption is reduced.
