Description of High Density Polyethylene Silicon Core Pipe and Fitting

HDPE silicon core tube is the most advanced communication optical cable sheath tube in the world. It is extruded from HDPE high-density polyethylene at one time. The high-density polyethylene and silica gel are extruded synchronously at one time. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, not delaminated, and the friction coefficient of the inner wall is small. The optical (electrical) cable can be repeatedly extracted in the pipeline, and the pressure resistance is superior. The cable is blown by the pressurized gas division method. Good sealing performance, waterproof, good ring rigidity and stretchability, no deformation under strong will according to different construction environments and geological characteristics. The service life can be as long as 100 year. The construction is fast, which can massivly reduce the project cost. Applications are outdoor communication cables, public information networks, cable television, highways and other communication cable transmission.

Advantages of High Density Polyethylene Silicon Core Pipe and Fitting:

  • 1. The inner layer of the HDPE silicon core pipe is synchronously extruded into the wall of the high-density polyethylene pipe. The entire inner wall of the pipe is evenly distributed, which will not peel off and detach, and has the same service life as the silicon pipe.
  • 2. The inner wall of the HDPE silicon core tube is a solid as the permanent lubricant.
  • 3. The inner silicon core layer of HDPE silicon core pipe has the same mechanical and physical properties as pipe itself.
  • 4. The friction characteristics of the silicon core layer on the inner wall of the HDPE silicon core pipe remain unchanged, and the cable can be extracted in the pipe repeatedly.

  • 6. Silicon core tube has a small radius of curvature (10 times of its outer diameter)
  • 7. The pipes can be bend according to the working environment and terrain without any treatment.
